THE PRINCIPALS
Ryan Cochran
Managing Member
Ryan is an experienced Arizona-based developer with a track record of delivering high-performing commercial and mixed-use projects. Ryan spent most of his career at Kitchell Development Co. where he led many of their most successful projects. He was a Partner, Shareholder and Officer in the Corporation. Prior to that, he served as Director of Development at Etkin Johnson Group in Denver. He began his career at CBRE, where he specialized in the sale and leasing of industrial and office assets.
Ryan holds a B.S. in Economics with Finance Applications from Southern Methodist University. He also earned an MBA in Finance and an M.S. in Real Estate and Construction Management from University of Denver. His past volunteer work includes serving on the board of Valley Partnership – Arizona's Premier Advocacy Group for responsible development. He also supported Kilimanjaro Children's Hospital in Tanzania and taught financial literacy through Junior Achievement.
Barkley Romero
Director of Development
Barkley leads business development, project positioning, and go-to-market strategy at Relera. A licensed real estate agent and Summa Cum Laude graduate of Arizona State University, she brings sharp analytical thinking and a deep understanding of market dynamics to the team.
Johanna Graff
Development Manager
Johanna has over 10 years of experience as a real estate professional. She specializes in operations at Relera, shepherding projects from land acquisition through stabilization – leading feasibility analysis, entitlement and permitting coordination, construction delivery, and budget management.
