Lakes Towne Center is a 16-acre infill development strategically positioned at one of the most highly trafficked intersections in metropolitan Phoenix — at the southwest corner of Baseline Road and McClintock Drive in Tempe, Arizona.
The project is anchored by Lowe’s Home Improvement and includes additional retail pads along Baseline Road, creating a highly visible, high-traffic retail corridor serving the dense residential communities of South Tempe and Chandler.
The development leveraged the site’s infill position and freeway proximity to attract institutional credit tenants, and was structured to maximize long-term value through ground lease and pad sale strategies.
