Ryan Cochran

Managing Member

Ryan is an experienced Arizona-based developer with a track record of delivering high-performing commercial and mixed-use projects. He spent the core of his career at Kitchell Development Co., where he rose to Partner, Shareholder, and Officer, leading many of the firm’s most successful projects. Prior to Kitchell, he served as Director of Development at Etkin Johnson Group in Denver and began his career at CBRE specializing in industrial and office assets. Ryan holds a B.S. in Economics from SMU and an MBA in Finance and M.S. in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver.

Barkley Romero

Director of Development

At Relera, Barkley leads business development, project positioning, and go-to-market strategy. A licensed real estate agent in Arizona, she connects on-the-ground execution with strategic planning to ensure every project is set up for long-term value. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Arizona State University.

Johanna Graff

Development Manager

Johanna brings over 10 years of real estate experience to Relera. She specializes in shepherding projects from land acquisition through stabilization — leading feasibility analysis, entitlement and permitting coordination, and construction delivery while managing budgets across the firm’s active portfolio.
